**About us**

At its heart, Probo is an **opinion trading platform** building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more. Users can _swipe _**_yes or no_** **to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Live Match Monitoring: Real-time updates and insights for cricket, football and all major sports.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality text-based sports content for every match.
- Tool Proficiency: Quickly learn and use internal tools efficiently for operations.
- Global Timings: Adapt to irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in content operations.
- Provide actionable insights from match data.
- Work with editorial, technical, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on sports trends.

**Requirements**:

- Experience**:2-4 years in sports content operations.**:

- Sports Knowledge: Deep understanding of cricket, football, and other major sports.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in content management systems and data analytics.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality content and operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
