**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant teams with clear documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
- Ensure a customer-first approach through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in customer service or call center support.
- Hands-on experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
