Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Record and update customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year**of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be available to work from our office in **Bangalore**
