**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Activities**: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Manpower Handling**: Effectively manage and lead a team of production workers. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with the production planning team to schedule production runs, ensuring timely delivery of products and efficient resource utilization.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. Implement corrective actions when necessary to address deviations from quality specifications.
- **Resource Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources to enhance overall production performance.
- **Computer Knowledge**: Utilize computer systems and software to track production metrics, analyze data, and generate reports. Proficiency in relevant software and ability to learn new systems quickly is essential.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication between different departments, ensuring a seamless flow of information to facilitate smooth production processes.
- **Adherence to Safety Regulations**: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- **Problem Solving**: Address production issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to drive operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
