**JOB SUMMARY**

Main responsibility involves handling incoming customer calls and requests in line with our quality standards, procedures and guidelines in order to sell and promote reservations and products. Exceeding the customer’s service expectations while converting requests into reservations. Negotiating with hotels and local supplier for rates, services and general conditions.

**REQUIRED AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in Tour operator / Travel agent and/or Hotel Contracting, Hotel Management, Hotel Sales & Marketing would be a distinct advantage.
- Good English is a MUST
- Second/ Third foreign language at a good writing and speaking level is a strong advantage.
- Insight into Tour operators and or Hotel operations, basic knowledge of revenue management.
- Being able to work both in a team & independently when necessary
- Excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**KEY TASKS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track all reservations by our clients and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
- Tracking enquiries made via the company website.
- Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high-quality service.
- General administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.

**PLACE OF WORK AND WORKING HOURS**

Pune, India

Sunday to Saturday: Rotational Shift with two-week off’s

Remote role. Training from office based in Pune

KEY TASKS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
