We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Counter Salesman** to join our team at our store. As a Counter Salesman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store by delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with product sales. Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations. Provide an excellent and friendly shopping experience.
- **Sales**: Promote and sell products, ensuring you meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the products available in-store to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Transactions**: Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately. Process customer orders and returns efficiently.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and organization of products on the sales floor.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a positive, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Store Presentation**: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter and store space.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- **Availability**: Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store needs.
- **Attributes**: Friendly, proactive, and approachable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
