**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements and promotions.
- **Merchandising and Store Presentation**:

- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in the setup of new product displays and promotional events.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on new products and sales techniques.
- **Transaction Handling**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Stock Management**:

- Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Report discrepancies or low stock levels to management promptly.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate repeat business by building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
