**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales**: Actively promote and sell products, services, and special offers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product offerings and stay updated on new arrivals, features, and promotions.
- **Customer Assistance**: Advise customers on product features, specifications, and benefits, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stock management, including replenishing shelves, checking stock levels, and handling product displays.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that the store is well-organized, attractive, and aligned with the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
- **Payment Processing**: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions at the point of sale (POS) while maintaining accuracy.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the store and support the achievement of store goals.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
- **Sales Abilities**: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate with other team members to achieve store objectives.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Retail Experience**: Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
- **Knowledge of the Industry**: Experience or interest in the specific retail industry (e.g., fashion, electronics, home goods) would be beneficial.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Full-time position; availability to work weekends and evenings.
- **Physical Demands**: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items when necessary.
