Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a bustling mall environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to create a positive shopping experience and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing accurate product information, and offering suitable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift and move merchandise as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
