**Role Overview**:
The B2B Sales Executive will drive strategic sales, targeting founders, CXOs, and business

leaders. You’ll introduce them to our unique approach to AI-driven leadership transformation and

close impactful deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and cold outreach

methods.
- Conduct meaningful discussions with senior executives, founders, and CXOs.
- Present The Cyborg Mindset’s solutions effectively, understanding and articulating

client-specific benefits.
- Manage the sales pipeline rigorously, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Regularly follow-up and nurture relationships to expand partnerships.
- Provide market feedback and insights to continuously refine our B2B offerings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally enterprise sales or executive-level

partnerships.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest and curiosity in AI, tech-driven leadership, and innovation.
- Comfortable with strategic pitching, cold calls, and high-stakes conversations.
- Prior experience dealing with senior leadership/CXO-level clients preferred.

**Compensation & Work Structure**:

- Competitive base salary plus attractive incentives and bonuses.
- Hybrid model: 3 days/week at office (WeWork, Mekhri Circle, Bangalore), 6 days

working, Saturday WFH.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
