**After-Hours Dispatcher (Freight / Trucking Industry)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and trace all active shipments after regular business hours
- Monitor drivers’ progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Follow up with drivers regularly to resolve issues or delays
- Provide timely shipment updates to customers and internal teams
- Handle urgent requests, escalations, or service issues professionally
- Utilize load boards and dispatch platforms to manage shipments effectively

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a dispatcher in trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of **Expert Board, Loadlink, Dispatch Board, and DAT**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, with strong data entry and reporting skills
- Must be dependable and comfortable working independently during after-hours shifts

**Shift & Schedule**:

- After-hours coverage (evenings, nights, weekends as required)
- Flexibility to work varying schedules a plus
