Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Coordination**: Ensure smooth processing of customer orders by verifying details, confirming stock availability, and liaising with relevant departments to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their orders, shipping updates, and any potential delays or issues.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product issues by coordinating with the necessary teams and providing timely solutions.
- **Order Tracking**: Keep customers informed by tracking the status of their orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely updates on delivery dates and addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously monitor the order and delivery processes, offering suggestions for improvements that can enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
- **Internal Coordination**: Work closely with the logistics, sales, and inventory teams to ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order statuses, and feedback for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from customers regarding their order experience and deliver insights to management for improving service quality.
