**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Design Indya Advertising Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Prior experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
