**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferred in dispatch/logistics/inventory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport departments for timely dispatch.
- Generate and maintain dispatch-related documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle dispatch-related queries from customers and internal teams.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations during dispatch.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and dispatch-related software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
