**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound/outbound customer calls** related to billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Verify and process billing information accurately.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding invoices, payment discrepancies, and refunds.
- Maintain and update customer account information in the system.
- Ensure adherence to **SLA and quality standards** while managing customer interactions.
- Identify recurring billing issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
- Provide **timely feedback** to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing challenges.
- Generate reports related to billing queries, call logs, and resolution metrics.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a **positive customer experience** at all times.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English communication** skills.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving abilities**.
- Ability to work in **US Shifts**.
- Familiarity with **billing software and CRM tools** is a plus.
- High degree of **accuracy and attention to detail**.
- Customer-oriented with **good interpersonal skills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹388,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
