
Customer Billing Voice Process

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our Customer Billing Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Verify and process billing information accurately.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding invoices, payment discrepancies, and refunds.
- Maintain and update customer account information in the system.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards while managing customer interactions.
- Identify recurring billing issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
- Provide timely feedback to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing challenges.
- Generate reports related to billing queries, call logs, and resolution metrics.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in US Shifts.
- Familiarity with billing software and CRM tools is a plus.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹388, ₹490,000.00 per year
