Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our Customer Billing Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to billing inquiries and payment issues.
  • Verify and process billing information accurately.
  • Address and resolve customer queries regarding invoices, payment discrepancies, and refunds.
  • Maintain and update customer account information in the system.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards while managing customer interactions.
  • Identify recurring billing issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
  • Provide timely feedback to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing challenges.
  • Generate reports related to billing queries, call logs, and resolution metrics.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in US Shifts.
  • Familiarity with billing software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹388, ₹490,000.00 per year
