ACE-Impact is seeking a EIR to co-design a program approach to our job creation initiative. As the EIR, you will collaborate with founders to understand the nuances of the issue, develop a comprehensive background note, propose impactful intervention strategies, and lead a team to execute a first-year pilot plan. If you're an entrepreneurial thinker ready to make a meaningful impact, join us in shaping the future of job creation in India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with ACE-Impact founders to define the scope and dimensions of job creation challenges in India, with data and evidence based understanding
- Co-develop a background note by first principle thinking, reading our background material, secondary research, interviewing relevant stakeholders and brainstorming
- Propose, study and evaluate various intervention strategies and come up with a plan of programmatic interventions which can make a big impact.
- Build a first year pilot plan and take lead in executing with a team in an agile and excellence-driven mechanism
- Work with the leadership to bring in resources for the short term and long term program implementation
- Bring out learnings and measure outcomes from the pilot to frame long term strategy and programs

**Qualifications**:

- Graduates from top-tier institutes, bringing a strong academic foundation to their entrepreneurial journey.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging technology for scalable and transformative change.
- 0-5 years of work experience, preferably in public policy or social impact consulting is preferred or previous co-founding experience
- People who have worked in tech or startups are highly encouraged to apply

The individual will work like a non-profit entrepreneur and may eventually spin out the program into an independent organization.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
