**Role Overview**: In the capacity of an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with Founder Office experience, you will play a pivotal role in steering our organisation's startup incubation and acceleration programs. Your responsibilities will include spearheading innovation, discerning promising startup opportunities, and providing mentorship to entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey. Leveraging your expertise and experience from the Founder's Office, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of early-stage startups and cultivating a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Founder's Go-To:You're a person who knows how to get things (read: ANYthing) done
- The founder's execution ninja: Strategy & design is important but execution is the linchpin. You're a person who ensures the strategic vision turns into reality with seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder, showcasing adeptness in accomplishing a wide range of tasks effectively.
- Prioritise execution, translating strategic visions into tangible and precise results.
- Express opinions freely, challenge macro strategies, and offer contrarian views to contribute to the refinement of vision and strategy.
- Required ownership with other functional leaders of product, business operations and support functions on finance, recruiting etc.
- Build metrics for this function & own strategy and execution for the B2B growth function from end-to-end, including setting goals, planning and executing GTM and prioritising initiatives.
- Work closely with the Senior management and Cross Functional Teams such as Ops, Finance and Product to set up SOPs and execute projects by regular interventions.
- Rigorously measure KPIs and progress against articulated growth objectives, and develop reporting for execs and companywide consumption
- Work with different stakeholders across the organisation to shape the product & strategy.
- Build the playbook for scaling the B2B function including the customizations, pricing strategy etc keeping internal metrics in place.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a Business with field experience of 2-3 years of experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a founder's office, with a focus on Strategy, People, and Start-ups.
- Previous experience in P/L ownership of B2B and ownership in any company’s revenue stream or in a startup EIR role is a plus.
- You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, customer insights, data driven & good communicator.
- Entrepreneurial, takes ownership, anticipates trends and embraces innovation.
- Analytical and problem solving approach & have basic intelligence.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
