We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform.

We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. **Responsibilities**:

- Shape the future direction of the organization in partnership with the leadership team
- Formulate company strategies along with the Co-founders and senior management team and assist in the implementation of the same
- A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company.
- Support the founders to execute the key projects and manage the end-to-end execution of the same.
- Support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda and Coordinating with Cross-Functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- You will be creatively addressing complex problems around brand development, pricing strategy, and sales efficiency, ensuring smooth implementation and team effectiveness.
- You will own project scope, strategizing, planning, development, maintenance, and implementation while actively guiding the team with correct direction and ideas.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports.
- Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising, and business development.
- Coordinate with the tech, product, and marketing teams to build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies, and establish key business opportunities. Basically, establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs, etc) and work with stakeholders across functions.
- Strategy is great - But operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner is a higher IMPACT.
- Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of OneImpression at different times.
- In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Staff, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders in some of the key business areas.
