As a Data & Policy Intern in the Founders’ Office, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the organization's founders to consolidate data and insights relevant to the nonprofit sector in general, and also, on specific intervention areas, including job creation and technology for governance. These data and insights will provide insights to fine tune Change Engine’s approach to the nonprofit sector and also create background notes for the kind of institutions we wish to incubate. The work may also lead to public reports

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the founders to scope the objectives and goals of the study, and the most relevant method of research to achieve desired outcomes
- Aggregate and analyse the secondary data for meaningful evidence based understanding of the topics
- Identify and conduct insightful interviews with relevant experts to extract valuable perspective and information
- Analyse the gathered data to derive actionable insights, models and areas of interventions in non profit sector
- Prepare presentation and comprehensive reports highlighting the key insights and strategic interventions

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recent graduates from top-tier institutes with a strong interest in research and analysis.
- Previous experience in policy research and analysis or writing articles/blogs, preferably in non profit sector would be a plus
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and distill them into meaningful insights
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including founders and external partners.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to enhance organizational strategies.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
