We are seeking an Office Administrator + Front Desk Executive to join our team. This critical role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. If you possess knowledge of insurance management, office equipment maintenance, and have a knack for handling administrative tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**:As a receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming phone calls. You will greet guests, direct inquiries, and ensure smooth communication within the office and greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

**Insurance Management**: Maintain and update all insurance policies, ensuring that the office is adequately covered for various contingencies. Handle insurance claims when necessary and liaise with insurance providers.

**Office Equipment Maintenance**: Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment such as chairs, printers, laptops, and other essential items. Ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition to support office productivity.

**Consumable Inventory**: Keep accurate records of office consumables, including stationery, printing ink, and other supplies. Order replenishments as needed to ensure seamless office operations.

**Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for employers and employees as required. Ensure travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.

**Legalities and Compliances**: While not mandatory, a basic knowledge of legal requirements and compliances is preferred. Assist in ensuring the office adheres to all relevant regulations and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
- Knowledge of insurance management and claims processing.
- Proficiency in coordinating office equipment maintenance.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Basic knowledge of legalities and compliances (preferred).
