Receptionist/administrator

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting visitors**: Welcome customers and visitors to the establishment
- **Answering phone calls**: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- **Scheduling appointments**: Maintain an appointment book and schedule meetings
- **Directing visitors**: Escort visitors to the appropriate person or office
- **Providing information**: Provide general information to callers and visitors
- **Performing clerical tasks**: Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
- **Keeping reception area tidy**: Ensure the reception area is presentable and stocked with necessary supplies
- **Distributing post**: Sort and distribute mail
- **Arranging couriers**: Arrange couriers for clients
- **Travel arrangement**: Book travel arrangements
- **HR Functions**: Taking care of HR functions.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
