**Telecaller Role and Responsibility**
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Identify patients needs and provide solutions through the hospital's products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all queries and questions regarding our hospital and product.
- Understanding patient’s requirements by asking questions and closing the query.
- Keeping the patient's database maintained and updated.
- Taking and processing orders accurately.
- Preserve the hospital's reputation by handling grievances.
- Keeping a record of all the patient's calls and notes of useful information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
