- Should be graduate.
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills.
- Should be well versed with MS. Excel.

Job Description:
- Good Command over English & Telegu ,Talim, Tulu Language.
- Should be well versed with MS Office.
- Should be Multitasker.

No Targets

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calling for Delivery Confirmation & Address Verification.
- Maintain daily MIS report.
- Maintain the customers queries and escalate to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with Operations team for daily basis.
- Maintain call logs and reports.
- Should be able to coordinate internally with team.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances of client/customer and resolve within TAT basis.
