**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Staff Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing staff members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflow. They will also handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and training new employees.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in staff coordination or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and industry is a plus
