Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Java Developer & Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this dual role, you will be responsible for both hands-on Java development and providing strategic leadership in technology-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Java Developer:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure optimal performance.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO):
Provide strategic and technical leadership in the development and execution of the company's technology roadmap.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with overall business goals.

Evaluate and implement new technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Oversee the security and scalability of the company's technology infrastructure.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:
Java Developer:
Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java, Spring, and related technologies.

Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO):
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Director of Engineering.

Strong understanding of technology trends, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on industry knowledge.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

Experience in building and leading high-performance engineering teams.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and knowledge of data privacy regulations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹515,312.20 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
