**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Strategy**
- Develop and execute the company’s **financial strategy** in alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
- Prepare **multi-year financial projections**, including revenue, cash flow, and profitability models.
- Support expansion plans for **robotic labs, franchise models, and educational book publishing** across India.
- Evaluate new **government schemes, Make in India opportunities, and tender projects** for financial viability.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Lead the **annual budgeting process** and track monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance against targets.
- Establish **MIS systems** for internal reporting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Oversee financial control for **production, marketing, R&D, and school project divisions**.

**Funding & Investor Relations**
- Work closely with the **Managing Director and Director** to raise capital through investors, banks, or venture partners.
- Prepare **pitch decks, investor reports, and valuation models** for funding rounds.
- Manage relations with **investors, auditors, and financial institutions** to ensure compliance and transparency.

**Compliance & Governance**
- Ensure adherence to **company law, tax, GST, and audit regulations**.
- Oversee **financial due diligence, internal audits, and statutory audits**.
- Implement strong **financial controls** and **risk management frameworks** across all departments.

**Team Leadership**
- Build and manage a high-performing **finance and accounts team**.
- Drive a culture of **financial discipline, accountability, and transparency** throughout the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and R&D to ensure financial alignment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum **8-12 years of experience** in finance leadership roles.
- Experience in **EdTech, Robotics, or Manufacturing** sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of **corporate finance, investment analysis, and business valuation**.
- Proven ability to work with **investors, auditors, and government funding programs**.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
