We are urgently looking for **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** for one of the **Packaging Manufacturing Industry.**

**Location**:Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Develop and implement financial control systems for factory operations, cost tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate data reporting and real-time financial monitoring through ERP/accounting software.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
- Standardize financial documentation and maintain strict internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA in Finance.
- Minimum **10+ years** of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in **manufacturing or packaging industries**.
- Expertise in **cost accounting, factory finance, ERP implementation, and data reporting**.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system implementation skills.
