**Timings**: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

**Responsibilities**:

- Find opportunities and place bench consultants with clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Negotiate rates and close deals. Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to meet goals. Keep track of market trends and industry changes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in IT staffing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with recruiting tools and job boards.
