
Inside Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, etc.).
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in closing deals by setting up meetings and providing relevant information to clients.
- **Event Management**: Support in planning and executing company events, such as webinars, product launches, and conferences. Handle logístical aspects like invitations, coordination, and follow-up.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system, track sales activities, and follow up on leads.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to better understand customer needs.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and presentations for the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure cohesive communication and event execution.
**Qualifications**:
- **MBA** graduate, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- **Excellent communication skills**—verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interest or experience in **event management**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
