Job Summary:
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within a designated geographical area. They will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company's products or services to both existing and potential customers within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Appoint and Manage Channel Partners and DSE in defined market geography.
To achieve sales targets and revenue targets in assigned areas.
Educate DSE and Distributors about their payout and update the same regularly.
Continuous monitoring of competitors' schemes and products in the market and with the competitive study changes in our schemes to meet the competition and to grow sales.
Responsible to check scheme communication and branding visibility in the market.
Plan new product launch activities for sales growth.
For target achievement maintain relationships with retailers and tie up those outlets to generate extra sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the specific industry and market trends (depending on the industry).
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required for the role).
**Additional Information**:
- Travel within the designated area may be required.
- Working hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules and business needs.
