Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Area Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing sales teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar solutions
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
