CRE Tenant Representative | Multiple Roles
**Job Description Summary**

Looking for brokers in our Tenant Representation group of professionals, who possess strong commercial broking experience within the Bangalore market.

About the Role:

- Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, understand their needs and challenges, and proactively deliver solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in the creation of compelling presentations, utilizing your creativity and knowledge to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
- Proven track record in business development or sales role in real estate industry

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a knack of adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
