Cre-AID Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Splint Fitting Associate to join our team. This role involves significant fieldwork and requires expertise in custom splint fitting. As a Splint Fitting Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by ensuring that each splint is customized to meet individual needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Custom Splint Fitting: Assess and determine the precise needs of each patient for splinting. Customize and fit splints to ensure proper alignment, comfort, and functionality.
- Field Work: Conduct field visits to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and private homes, to perform splint fittings.
- Patient Interaction: Provide detailed explanations to patients and their families about the purpose and use of their splints.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all splint fittings, including patient details, types of splints used, adjustments made, and patient feedback.
- Quality Assurance and Problem Solving: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of splints and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.
- Education and Training: Train and educate patients, their families, and healthcare staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of splints.
- Patient Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up visits or calls to monitor patient progress and the effectiveness of the splint.

Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree/Diploma in Healthcare or a related field (Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Home care etc.)
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centered approach with a high degree of empathy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
