We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle B2B sales for our two-wheeler insurance division. The CRE will be responsible for building and managing strong business relationships with dealerships, vehicle retailers, and other business partners to drive two-wheeler insurance sales. This role requires a combination of fieldwork, account management, and sales performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive two-wheeler insurance sales through dealer and partner networks.

Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure recurring business.

Provide training and support to dealership staff on insurance offerings, portal usage, and process flows.

Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

Act as a liaison between the company and its B2B partners for query resolution, documentation, and policy issuance.

Regularly visit partner locations to ensure service quality and gather feedback.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business, or Insurance-related fields).

Experience: 1-3 years in insurance sales, preferably in two-wheeler or auto insurance; B2B experience is a plus.

**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Familiarity with insurance CRM/portal systems is an advantage.

Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
