Position: Compliance Executive

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai.

Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Off)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team and ensure the integrity of campaigns hosted on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Review**:
Verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documents submitted by campaigners to ensure authenticity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Review medical documents associated with campaigns to validate the legitimacy of medical claims.

**Hospital Verification**:
Contact hospitals to confirm patient details, treatment plans, and billing information to ensure transparency.

**Compliance Checks**:
Ensure all campaigns meet Ketto’s compliance and ethical standards before approval.

Identify and escalate any discrepancies or potential red flags for further investigation.

**Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of verifications and document reviews.

Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare).

1-2 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or verification role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
