**Job Title**: Compliance Executive

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (in-hand)
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years (Consultancy background preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliance matters
- Manage labour licenses, contract labour compliance, and renewal processes
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and challans
- Conduct internal audits and assist during client audits
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and government regulations
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance support
- Graduate (B.COM/BBA/LLB preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a **compliance consultancy** setup
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other statutory acts
- Proficient in MS Excel and online compliance portals
- Good communication and multitasking skills
