**Job Title: Compliance Executive**

**Location**: Wadala Mumbai.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance processes related to labour laws, employee benefits, and regulatory requirements. The role requires handling UAN & ESIC generation, monthly audits, bulk challan preparation, grievance resolution, and managing licence renewals under CLRA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UAN Generation**:

- Create and manage Universal Account Numbers (UAN) for new employees as per EPFO guidelines.
- **ESIC Number Generation**:
Register employees under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and ensure timely generation of insurance numbers.
- **PF & ESIC Challan Preparation (Bulk)**:
Prepare and upload Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC challans in bulk for monthly submissions across various locations or departments.Conduct internal audits to ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, labour licences, etc.Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.Address and resolve employee queries and grievances related to PF withdrawals, ESIC benefits, transfer claims, and missed contributions.Manage and process the renewal of labour licences under the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act (CLRA) within stipulated deadlines.Coordinate with contractors and government bodies for necessary documentation and approvals.Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance activities, employee benefits registrations, and relevant certificates.Communicate and coordinate with EPFO, ESIC, and Labour Department officials as needed.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in statutory compliance or payroll processing.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, CLRA, and other labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and statutory compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
