Job Title: RERA COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Experience: 3-5 Years PQE

Industry: Real Estate

Must possess:
2.Knowledge of RERA Project Registration and Compliances.

3.Drafting of AFS, MOU’s, Development Agreements, JDA’s, J.V. Agreements.

4.Solving issues and providing templates of Standard Formats of Customer Queries of CRM Department.

5.Strong Interpersonal Skills

6.Independent Team Player.

8.Drafting of property documents sale deed, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, agreement to sale and other property documentation. Advise on land-property matters.

9.Drafting of all commercial and legal documents as per the requirement of the business to ensure that they are in accordance with the corresponding laws.

10.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

11.Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.

12.Monitor compliance with the Corporations legal and other obligations and, advise management accordingly.

13.Interface with customers / courts / solicitor firms for legal proceedings.

14.Interface with Government agencies / Landlords / Institutional bodies.

15.Interface with External Vendors/ Legal Agencies for all elements pertaining to the execution of contracts and legal obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.LLB

2.Prior Inhouse Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or a corporate firm.
- Experience in real estate and previous work at real estate firm preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and prepare correct documentation.
- Understanding Real Estate Terminology and Land Laws is essential.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
