We are hiring a **RERA Compliance & Taxation Executive** with strong knowledge of **RERA compliances** and a working background in **Income Tax, GST, and TDS**. Ideal for **CA students or semi-qualified professionals**, this role offers practical exposure in real estate and taxation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **RERA compliance** filings - quarterly, annual, and project-related
- Coordinate with authorities and legal consultants on RERA matters
- Assist in preparation and filing of **Income Tax** returns
- Support **GST** compliance including returns and reconciliation
- Manage **TDS** deduction, payment, and return processes
- Maintain compliance records and assist in audits or assessments
- Liaise with internal departments for data and compliance support

**Qualifications**:

- **Semi-Qualified CA / Pursuing CA Final**:

- Must be **currently residing in Mumbai**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of **RERA**, **Income Tax**, **GST**, and **TDS**:

- Familiar with accounting software (Tally), Excel, and compliance tools
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
