**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure adherence to statutory compliance across multiple warehouse locations. The role involves close coordination with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate disbursal of salaries and compliance with all applicable labor laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Management**:_
- Process monthly payroll for all employees across multiple locations, including warehouse staff.
- Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives data.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement, pay slip generation, and resolution of salary related queries.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee master data.
- **Statutory Compliance**:_
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax (TDS).
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (e.g., ECR, ESIC returns, PT challans).
- Coordinate audits and inspections related to labor laws and provide necessary documentation.
- **Vendor Management**:_
- Liaise with third-party payroll and compliance vendors as needed.
- Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and accurate.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:_
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
- Generate payroll reports for management and finance as required.
- Keep track of changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates in systems/processes.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance, preferably in logistics/warehousing or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., SpineHR, Keka, SAP, etc.)
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience handling multi-state compliance.
- Working knowledge of TDS, gratuity, and bonus calculations.
- Familiarity with labor law portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.)
- Practical understanding of Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contributions.
- Knowledge of Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition (CLRA) Act compliance and documentation.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
