If so, then we have the perfect job opportunity for you Selec Controls is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team and help manage our payroll processes.
As the Payroll Executive at Selec Controls, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, including calculating wages and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating payroll records, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Executive role at Selec Controls include:
1. Managing the entire payroll process, including processing new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
2. Calculating and processing wages, salaries, bonuses, and overtime payments
3. Ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits
4. Maintaining and updating payroll records and employee information
5. Preparing and distributing payroll reports to management
6. Resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor laws
8. Working closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes
9. Keeping abreast of changes in payroll regulations and implementing any necessary updates to payroll processes
- A strong understanding of payroll management processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using payroll software, preferably **HROne **and other relevant tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive payroll information
