Office Administrator/receptionist

Kochi, India Universal Studies & Immigration Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture (If required).
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- Self-learning and development on product knowledge for providing value

services to students.

**Requirements**:

- Any Degree from a recognized College/University.
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Office Administrator.
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
