Position: Field Pre-Sales Executive

As a Field Pre-Sales Executive at Epson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by offering expert technical support to our sales team. This position requires an in-depth understanding of Epson’s product range, including projectors, printers, and other imaging solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and deliver impactful product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Evaluation: Conduct detailed assessments of customer requirements to recommend the most suitable Epson solutions.
- Product Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the strengths and advantages of Epson products.
- On-Site Engagement: Visit customer locations to demonstrate products, address technical inquiries, and resolve any concerns.
- Training: Provide technical training to the sales team to enhance their understanding of Epson’s product offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on Epson’s products, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance throughout the sales process and during post-sales activities.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Product Knowledge: Training will be provided; however, a basic understanding of projectors, printers, and imaging solutions is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (training will be provided).
- Transportation: Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry Experience: Experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT or AV technologies.
