Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European and Middle Eastern markets for mobile and web development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored service-based solutions.
- Conduct **requirement gathering** and **requirement understanding** sessions with clients to accurately scope projects.
- Prepare detailed **cost estimations** based on project requirements and collaborate with internal teams to finalize proposals.
- Work with **Business Requirement Documents (BRD)** and **Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)** to ensure projects are scoped and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage and handle clients **independently**, ensuring end-to-end support from the initial contact to project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in **service-based IT sales**, specifically in mobile and web development services.
- Strong experience and proficiency in both **outbound** and **inbound sales** strategies.
- Strong understanding of both European and Middle Eastern markets.
- **In-depth knowledge of mobile and web technologies** to provide effective service-based solutions.
- Experience in **requirement gathering, requirement understanding**, and **cost estimation** for IT projects.
- Ability to work with **BRD** and **FRD** documents for accurate project scoping.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in **English** and **Arabic** (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Pay: ₹10,763.93 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
