**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Home Decor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Identify new markets, trends, and business opportunities.
- **Sales Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets by building and nurturing client relationships.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Develop partnerships with key clients, designers, and retailers.
- **Product & Branding Collaboration**: Work with marketing to enhance product positioning and customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales, revenue, and market insights to the executive team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: 3-5+ years in business development within home decor or retail.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, market analysis, CRM familiarity, and communication skills.

This role requires a results-driven professional ready to expand the brand’s presence in the home decor industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
