We sell more than 5,000 products across various homeware and accessories categories and have strong brand presence in online and offline retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail sales team as we setup more multiple stores in Delhi / NCR.Locations:1. Greater Kailash 1 (N Block Market)2. Moti Nagar (DLF Mall)3. Sultanpur (MG Road)Main Responsibilities Include:1. Interact with walk-in customers and explain the products and their usage / specifications2. Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each product range3. Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per VM requirements4. Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software6. Check which items need to be replenished and what other SKUs need to be added to the displayRequired Candidate Profile:1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury / premium retail sales2. Previous experience in home decor or luxury homeware would be preferred3. Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university4. Excellent spoken and written English5. Strong communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionally6. Must have a passion to learn about decor & homeware in a fast-growing retail environmentPlease Note:We are hiring for multiple positions including Asst. Store Managers and Cashiers for the above locations.Candidate should already be in Delhi / NCR - applications from outside of NCR will not be considered.
