As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company's IT products and services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. Your technical knowledge, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be essential in conveying the value of our IT solutions to prospective customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand the client base.

**Consultative Selling**:Understand the client's business needs and challenges to offer tailored IT solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive information about products and services.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Understand client feedback and communicate it internally to improve products and services.

**Sales Process Management**:Qualify leads and opportunities to determine their fit with the company's offerings.
Develop and deliver sales proposals and quotes in collaboration with the sales team and technical experts.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms to close deals.

**Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
Report regularly to sales management on pipeline status, achievements, and challenges.

**Market Knowledge**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights to the team about market developments that could impact sales strategies.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate communication of product capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any Stream.
- Proven track record in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel if required.

Pay: ₹10,827.68 - ₹35,219.32 per month
