**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Brune and Bareskin, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium leather products, including footwear, bags, and accessories. This role involves a combination of proactive sales efforts, customer engagement, and a deep understanding of our product line.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Brune and Bareskin products to potential customers.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the Brune and Bareskin product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features, to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

4. **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and product development.

5. **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Brune and Bareskin products.

6. **Order Management**: Effectively manage order processing, including accurate order entry, tracking, and timely delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

7. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury market.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
