Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery wholesale market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including bakeries, cafes, restaurants and Hotels.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
